Business Development Executive – MENA

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Business Development Executive to expand our presence across the GCC and MENA regions. The role focuses on industrial B2B sales, building strategic partnerships with EPCs, contractors and OEMs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across MENA.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients and partners.
• Develop regional sales strategies and monitor market trends.
• Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, meetings and client visits.
• Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis.
• Coordinate with internal teams for client proposals and solutions.
• Prepare business presentations and negotiate commercial terms.
• Ensure high client satisfaction and timely follow‑up on leads.
• Report regional insights and performance to senior management.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of industrial B2B sales experience.
• Strong understanding of EPC and OEM client processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel across GCC and MENA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business preferred.
