Business Development Manager – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Join Deliveroo’s Commercial team to shape the future of food delivery in the UAE. You will be at the forefront of restaurant acquisition, driving growth by signing up and onboarding the region’s top dining partners.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, pitch and close new restaurant partners across your territory, primarily through inside (telesales) activities.
• Manage your own pipeline, ensuring high conversion rates and timely follow‑up.
• Oversee the partner onboarding process to make it quick, efficient and seamless.
• Support new partners during their first weeks to guarantee early success.
• Assist the wider commercial team with ad‑hoc projects such as field pitch days, restaurant marketing roll‑outs and cross‑functional initiatives.

Required profile

• BSc/BA in Business or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the restaurant or food‑delivery sector.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE restaurant landscape.
• Proven track record of prospecting, pitching and closing deals.
• Experienced negotiator able to structure win‑win agreements.
• Understanding of delivery economics for both partners and Deliveroo.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English; Hindi or Arabic a plus.
