Business Development Manager – Automotive

About the role

The Manager – Business Development will drive Automall’s growth by creating and monetising new business channels beyond traditional models. This role focuses on generating incremental revenue through new customer segments, export opportunities and strategic partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and develop new business channels such as import/export, corporate programmes, referral networks and finance‑linked acquisition opportunities.
• Prioritise opportunities, build a channel pipeline and develop approved business cases for viable projects.
• Establish and manage relationships with partners including driving schools, insurance firms, logistics providers and corporate customers.
• Develop export sales channels targeting international markets, especially Africa, using digital lead generation and partner coordination.
• Support commercialisation of non‑GCC vehicle specifications through market assessment, pricing and go‑to‑market activities.

Required profile

• 7‑9 years of automotive experience in business development, commercial sales, partnerships, channel development, retail or wholesale.
• Proven track record of identifying and converting new commercial opportunities in the UAE.
• Experience in used‑car, fleet, insurance, digital marketplace or export‑related activities.
• Ability to develop business cases, track sales funnels and manage partner discussions.
