Business Development Manager – BD & Commercial

About the role
We are seeking a results‑driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships and support growth across government and commercial sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and strategic partners.
- Manage the business development pipeline and support bid/no‑bid decisions.
- Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with proposal and commercial teams during tender submissions.
- Support commercial negotiations and contract discussions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in business development or commercial roles.
- Experience within UAE/GCC government or defence sectors is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
