Business Development Manager – Commercial Fit-Out

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join an established commercial fit‑out company in Dubai. The role focuses on generating new B2B opportunities, building relationships with corporate clients and securing office fit‑out projects across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new commercial office fit‑out projects.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, developers, landlords and real‑estate consultants.
• Generate leads, develop a sales pipeline and convert opportunities into signed contracts.
• Attend client meetings, site visits, networking events and project presentations.
• Collaborate with design, estimation and delivery teams to create competitive proposals.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close new business.
• Develop strategic partnerships and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Consistently achieve agreed sales and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven business development or B2B sales experience in commercial office fit‑out or related sector.
• Established network of corporate clients, developers or real‑estate professionals in Dubai.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and independently secure projects.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship‑building skills.
• Good understanding of the UAE commercial fit‑out market.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and comfortable working towards revenue targets.
• UAE driving licence preferred.
