Business Development Manager – Corporate Training Solutions

About the role

The Business Development Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of strategic corporate accounts while generating new business across the UAE and GCC, focusing on Dubai. The role involves consulting with HR and L&D leaders to design customized learning solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, develop and expand an existing portfolio of strategic corporate accounts.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through existing and prospective clients.
• Build long‑term relationships with decision‑makers in HR, Learning & Development and talent functions.
• Design and deliver customized training programmes, overseeing the full learning cycle from needs analysis to evaluation.
• Promote and sell digital, e‑learning and blended learning solutions, meeting revenue targets.

Required profile

• 4–10 years of B2B corporate training sales experience in the UAE with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
• Established network of corporate clients and decision‑makers, including experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
