Business Development Manager – Industrial Lining

About the role

Nu Calcutta Construction Company (NCCC) is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth of its industrial lining services in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and generate qualified leads in the industrial lining sector.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts with clients, contractors, and partners.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and site teams to align solutions with client requirements.
• Monitor market trends, support regional expansion planning, and maintain accurate sales pipelines and reports.
• Represent NCCC at client meetings, industry events, and presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management or a related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in construction, industrial services, or related sectors, preferably with exposure to refractory, insulation or fire‑proofing services.
• Demonstrated ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced environment, meet revenue and margin targets, and travel within the region as needed.
• Strong ethical standards, collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
