About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and open new markets for a fast‑growing storage and logistics provider in Dubai. The role focuses on both B2C and B2B segments across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

Identify and acquire new clients across individuals, SMEs, e‑commerce, retail and logistics businesses.
Develop new industry verticals, partnership opportunities and sales channels.
Lead negotiations and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Handle warm inbound leads to supplement new business generation.
Coordinate with the Client Manager on task assignment and account oversight.
Maintain the sales pipeline and accurate reporting through the CRM.

Required profile

Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or B2B/B2C sales.
Proven ability to source and acquire new clients independently.
Strong negotiation, communication and relationship‑building skills.
Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
Self‑starter capable of working without close supervision.
Own car and a valid UAE driving licence preferred.
