Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will join Cisco’s Engineering and Operations organization in Dubai, focusing on a strategic EMEA Service Provider partner. Reporting to the Global Director of Service Delivery, the role works closely with Cisco Portfolio Sales, Mobility Architecture, Customer Success and other internal teams to drive joint revenue and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new enterprise opportunities with the service provider, guiding them through the sales funnel to closure.
• Support joint marketing initiatives, trade shows and campaigns to increase market awareness.
• Deliver product demos and lead enterprise sales using Cisco Mobility Services Platform.
• Coordinate internal Cisco resources, providing functional and technical oversight to maximize win rates.
• Build trusted relationships with senior and C‑level stakeholders, influencing go‑to‑market strategies.

Required profile

• 7+ years of business development or account management experience in the mobile network operator sector.
• Proven track record in carrier and enterprise business development, especially in M2M and IoT markets.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with extensive experience presenting to C‑level executives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering.
