Business Development Manager - Middle East

About the role

A leading international media and digital content group, active across Asia and expanding into the Middle East, is hiring a Business Development Manager in Dubai. The role supports regional advertiser growth and local partnership development, and is described as a regional core position with high visibility and growth potential.

Key responsibilities

• Lead local advertiser acquisition, partner development and commercial relationship management in the Middle East.
• Develop and execute regional business development strategies, building a structured ecosystem of industry clients and partners.
• Prepare commercial proposals, bidding materials and partnership models, and drive deal execution and contract closure.
• Analyse commercialization performance through data tracking and client feedback, providing growth forecasts and optimization insights.
• Work with product, content, legal and local operational teams to ensure smooth commercialization rollout in the region.

Required profile

• Experience in Business Development, Partnerships or Commercial roles.
• Prior exposure to Middle East markets is a strong plus.
• Strong cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Comfortable in an international, fast-paced, growth-driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
