Business Development Manager – UAE Market Growth

About the role

Agile Consultants is looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to expand its presence across the UAE. The role focuses on driving growth for a company that creates innovative decorative installations and experiential environments for commercial, hospitality, retail and public spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across real estate, luxury retail, hospitality, automotive and corporate sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders.
• Generate leads, conduct client meetings and convert opportunities into successful projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized design solutions based on client requirements.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking forums and business meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in business development, sales or client acquisition.
• Established network of contacts within UAE real‑estate developers, luxury retail brands, hospitality, automotive and corporate organisations.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue and business development targets.
• Must be currently based in the UAE with a valid UAE driving licence and personal vehicle.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
