About the role

The Business Development Officer will drive personal loan sales and fulfillment for Mashreq's Retail Banking Group. Working primarily through outbound channels, you will help the bank achieve its revenue targets while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

Achieve monthly KPIs related to personal loan sales and revenue.
Conduct telesales activities that align with sales targets.
Maintain service standards, monitor performance, and improve productivity.
Manage an assigned portfolio of leads via CRM, ensuring timely follow‑up and drop‑off handling.
Cross‑sell additional banking products to increase penetration.
Generate revenue through personal loan acquisition and fulfillment.

Required profile

Diploma or high‑school qualification.
1–2 years of experience in personal banking, relationship management, tele‑sales or related functions.
Strong market knowledge of personal banking and loan products.
Ability to work under pressure and meet defined targets.

Required skills

Proficiency in using CRM systems for lead management.
