About the role
The Business Development Officer will drive personal loan sales and fulfillment within the Retail Banking Group. You will work closely with the telesales team to convert leads, manage client relationships and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve assigned monthly KPIs and revenue targets for PL sales and fulfillment.
- Direct telesales activities to meet sales goals while maintaining service standards.
- Analyse incoming leads, convert them into sales, and update all relevant systems.
- Process customer requests and offers, ensuring compliance with bank policies.
- Manage assigned leads via CRM, adhering to agreed turnaround times.
- Follow up with internal departments to resolve delays and customer issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of approvals, requests and reports.
- Cross‑sell additional banking products to increase portfolio penetration.
Required profile
- Diploma or high‑school qualification.
- 2–3 years of experience in personal banking, relationship management, tele‑sales or related services.
- Strong market knowledge of personal banking and loan products.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
Required skills
- CRM systems proficiency.
