Business Development Representative - Arabic Speaking

About the role

Cloudflare is looking for an Arabic‑speaking Business Development Representative to join its high‑performing sales team in Dubai. You will be the first point of contact for customers, develop deep product knowledge and help generate qualified opportunities for the sales organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Own and meet target quota related to qualified opportunities, response SLA, pipeline value and revenue.
• Develop new business opportunities from inbound and marketing‑generated leads.
• Discover customer pain points, map them to Cloudflare solutions and qualify enterprise sales opportunities.
• Work cross‑functionally with account executives, marketing, sales operations and fellow BDRs.
• Report, track and manage sales activities and results using Salesforce (SFDC).
• Play an active role in creating and iterating team processes.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience as a Business Development Representative in the technology industry, preferably in the META region.
• Self‑motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical, organisational and time‑management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to learn technical concepts quickly and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
