Business Growth Architect

About the role

Noema AI is looking for a Business Growth Architect to bridge the gap between AI technology and client business outcomes. You will act as a consultant, engineer, and closer, guiding prospects from initial assessment to signed contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Use Noema’s AI assessment tools with prospects and translate results into plain business language.
• Generate customized AI roadmaps that link technical capabilities to revenue, cost, time, and risk outcomes.
• Own the sales conversation from first contact through proposal development to contract signing.
• Feed field insights back to product, development, and marketing teams.
• Develop into a trusted advisor that clients consult before any other vendor.

Required profile

• Genuinely curious about technology and able to discuss AI, software, and system integration confidently.
• Skilled at explaining complex ideas to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Commercial instinct with a passion for winning business and comfortable asking for commitments.
• Hungry to learn, coachable, and able to adapt quickly in both directions.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
