Key responsibilities

• Support Network and Fleet Planning to shape capacity and long‑term fleet decisions.
• Apply analytical and optimisation techniques for Schedule Optimisation and commercial performance.
• Turn complex data into forecasts, models and business cases through Analytics.
• Use advanced mathematical methods in Operations Research to solve planning challenges.
• Conduct Industry and Customer Research to inform strategy and product decisions.
• Contribute to Strategic Consulting projects across the Emirates Group.
• Explore Artificial Intelligence applications for real business opportunities.

Required profile

• Recent Emiratization graduate (Bachelor’s or Honours) with up to two years of experience.
• Curious, analytical and motivated to build a career in aviation analytics.
• Comfortable asking thoughtful questions, adapting to changing priorities and traveling overseas when required.
• Strong communication, presentation and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Familiarity with Python.
