Business Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Monad Foundation is seeking a Business Marketing Specialist to own co‑marketing and joint go‑to‑market initiatives for its blockchain ecosystem. You will work closely with internal GTM and creative teams as well as external partners to translate business deployments into compelling stories and high‑impact campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with GTM and content teams to understand pipeline, upcoming launches and prioritize co‑marketing opportunities.
• Design, launch and manage joint marketing campaigns, including brief creation, asset development, legal review and sequencing.
• Craft case studies, blogs and social activations that showcase Monad’s adoption and capabilities.
• Define campaign objectives, success metrics and track performance to inform future programs.
• Maintain clear communication with external partners and internal stakeholders throughout the campaign lifecycle.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in business or partner marketing, preferably within crypto, financial services or enterprise technology.
• Deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem and familiarity with DeFi, payments, stablecoins, tokenization and financial infrastructure.
• Proven track record of owning integrated GTM campaigns from planning through measurement.
• Excellent writing and editing skills for sophisticated audiences.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with strong judgment.
• Self‑directed, high‑agency professional comfortable leveraging AI and automation.
