Business Operations Analyst (UAE National)

About the role

NCR Atleos is looking for a Business Operations Analyst to join its Customer Services Delivery team in Dubai. The role supports the day-to-day administration of customer and vendor contracts so that orders, invoices, renewals and supporting documentation are completed accurately and on time. It works closely with Finance, Accounts Payable, customers and vendors, and is part of the company's Emiratisation hiring programme, open exclusively to UAE Nationals.

Key responsibilities

• Keep accurate, up-to-date records of customers, suppliers, contracts, purchase orders and operational activities.
• Coordinate contract administration, including internal approvals, documentation, execution, renewals, filing and sign-offs.
• Prepare and process customer invoices, purchase orders and Local Purchase Order requests through the relevant ERP systems.
• Liaise with vendors to confirm orders, renew services and make sure required documentation arrives within agreed timelines.
• Act as a key contact between vendors, Finance and Accounts Payable to resolve invoice-processing and payment queries.
• Monitor contract and service-renewal timelines and provide administrative support to customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or another relevant discipline.
• One to two years of experience in business operations, administration, contract support, procurement or a related area.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
• Ability to manage priorities, keep accurate records and meet deadlines.
• UAE citizenship, as the position is part of the Emiratisation programme.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in a multinational or matrix organisation.
• Supporting contracts, purchase orders, invoicing or vendor-administration processes.
• Familiarity with ERP or purchase-order management systems.
• Experience with Finance, Procurement or Accounts Payable teams.
