Business Operations Internship – Emirati Talent Programs

About the role

KPMG Lower Gulf is offering a 16‑week, full‑time Business Operations Internship as part of its Emirati Talent Programs. Based in Dubai and starting in February 2026, the role gives Emirati nationals hands‑on exposure to core corporate functions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist HR teams with recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement activities.
• Support Finance by helping with budgeting, expense tracking and reporting tasks.
• Provide IT assistance, including user support, systems maintenance and participation in tech projects.
• Collaborate with internal departments and contribute to ongoing operational initiatives.
• Develop professional skills in a structured, corporate environment.

Required profile

• Emirati national holding a Family Book.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Finance, IT or a related field.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to team success.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic tech tools.
