Business Operations Manager

About the role

Black Pearl is seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to join its CFO Office in Dubai. The role bridges finance, project management, and executive reporting, supporting senior leadership with clear, actionable updates.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CFO and finance leadership to coordinate priorities and business initiatives.
• Consolidate data from multiple functions and produce executive‑level reports, PowerPoint presentations, and Excel dashboards.
• Monitor project milestones, deadlines, and outstanding actions across the CFO portfolio.
• Coordinate with Finance, Business Development, Technical, Legal, Procurement, HR, IT and other corporate functions to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain structured trackers for progress, risks, issues, dependencies and decisions.
• Identify delays or gaps, engage stakeholders, and drive resolution.
• Support corporate finance, project financing and financial close activities, including documentation management.
• Maintain digital data rooms for key initiatives.
• Assist audit, compliance and governance activities, gathering supporting documentation and tracking closure.
• Prepare materials for management and committee discussions and escalate risks when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related discipline.
• 5‑8+ years of experience in finance operations, corporate finance, project finance, PMO or related fields.
