Business Process Principal Consultant

About the role

Join SAP as a Business Process Principal Consultant, driving AI‑enabled transformation for customers across manufacturing, energy, consumer products and other industries. You will work on high‑impact projects that shape how businesses operate and grow.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer innovation engagements, running discovery workshops and boot camps with business and IT stakeholders.
• Define high‑value Industry AI use cases, translating business challenges into implementable AI solutions.
• Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle from discovery to deployment, building prototypes, setting acceptance criteria and validating outcomes.
• Deliver rapid value by applying an iterative model that puts measurable results into production within weeks.
• Build the Industry AI portfolio, turning learnings into reusable AI assets and accelerators for SAP globally.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Energy & Natural Resources, Consumer Products or Professional Services with deep operational knowledge.
• Hands‑on expertise defining Agentic AI solutions, focusing on data readiness, process fit and measurable outcomes.
• Proven product management or consulting track record delivering complex transformation programs.
• Strong executive‑level communication, workshop facilitation and emotional intelligence.
• Strategic thinking, complex problem solving and ability to quantify business impact.
• Solid knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business AI Platform, SAP Joule, Signavio, LeanIX and cloud‑first architecture.
• Fluent English (written and verbal); Arabic proficiency is a plus.
