About the role

Eagle Wings Business Consultant is a corporate advisory and business consultancy firm supporting entrepreneurs, investors, startups and multinational organisations in the UAE, offering company formation, corporate structuring, mainland and free zone business setup, residency and visa services, and more. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Business Setup Advisor in Dubai who guides clients through company formation and business setup, including mainland and free zone options, licensing and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations and assess their needs
• Prepare documentation and coordinate with government and regulatory authorities
• Track application progress and keep clients informed
• Advise on residency and visa solutions, sponsorship arrangements and corporate structuring
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated services and maintain accurate records

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law or a related field; consulting or business advisory certifications are an advantage
• Consulting and management consulting experience, preferably in corporate advisory, business setup or related professional services
• Proven client-facing experience, strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai and manage several client engagements at once

Required skills

• Strong analytical skills to interpret regulations and propose suitable setup options
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex processes clearly
• Knowledge of UAE business setup regulations, free zone and mainland frameworks and government procedures
• Basic understanding of the financial implications of different business structures, fees and investment options
• Use of standard office and CRM software
