Business Solutions Controller – Courier Express Operations

About the role

The Business Solutions Controller will lead cross‑functional projects for the Courier Express operations, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and aligned with Emirates SkyCargo’s project management standards. The role focuses on gathering end‑user requirements, improving processes, and acting as the subject‑matter expert for system administration and integration.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and facilitate end‑user requirements gathering across multiple departments to drive system and process enhancements.
• Design and implement quality‑control standards and review mechanisms for internal systems, vendors, and partners.
• Maintain and update system documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures, reflecting any changes.
• Create test cases, coordinate functional testing, and ensure timely User Acceptance Testing in line with IT standards.
• Provide first‑level user support, conduct rapid impact analyses, and assist IT in incident resolution and service restoration.

Required profile

• Degree in an Information Technology related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business improvement, IT, project management, and relationship management.
• Strong exposure to new technologies, Microsoft products, Data Analytics and Business Intelligence tools.
• Ability to guide users on system functionality and produce detailed documentation.
• In‑depth knowledge of application domains, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
