Business Studies & Economics Teacher (Middle & Senior School)

About the role

We are seeking an outstanding Business Studies and Economics teacher for the Middle and Senior School at Mamoura British Academy in Abu Dhabi for the 2026‑2027 academic year. The role involves delivering the British curriculum to a mixed‑gender student body and contributing to a vibrant learning community.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues to plan engaging lessons that meet curriculum requirements.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents and staff at all levels.
• Act as a form tutor, supporting the pastoral and academic needs of students.
• Organise classroom resources, displays and learning environments that motivate pupils.
• Assess and record student progress in line with the school’s assessment policy.
• Work flexibly with curriculum support staff and contribute to school‑wide initiatives.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills across all stakeholder groups.
• Commitment to building positive relationships within the school community.
• Two years (24 months) of teaching experience in Business Studies or Economics.
