Business Unit Team Leader – Corporate & Residency Services

About the role

Auxilium is seeking a Business Unit Team Leader to head its Corporate & Residency Services division in Dubai. The role combines operational leadership with deep expertise in company incorporation, visa processing, and compliance across the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing team delivering UAE and Saudi Arabia company incorporation services across Mainland, Free Zone and Offshore structures.
• Oversee end‑to‑end corporate and post‑incorporation services, including Golden Visa, Investor Visa, Remote Work Visa and Dependent Visa processing.
• Manage PRO, payroll, tax, accounting and compliance coordination for client entities.
• Set and track OKRs, ensure service delivery excellence, and handle government authority and external vendor relationships.
• Drive client relationship management, identify upselling opportunities and achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading corporate services or similar teams in the GCC.
• Strong track record of managing complex incorporation and residency cases.
• Excellent stakeholder management with government agencies and external partners.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance metrics and deliver high‑quality service.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of UAE and Saudi Arabia company incorporation processes.
• Expertise in visa processing (Golden, Investor, Remote Work, Dependent).
• Understanding of PRO, payroll, tax and compliance requirements.
• Team leadership and OKR management.
