Salayel Hospitality is hiring a Butler in Abu Dhabi. The Butler provides personalized and attentive service to guests, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay through high service standards and discretion.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized guest services and handle special requests
• Coordinate with departments to ensure seamless service
• Anticipate guest needs and maintain guest satisfaction
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and a luxury service standard

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Butler, Guest Relations Executive or similar role in a luxury hotel, resort or serviced residence
• Well-groomed, professional appearance with a service-oriented mindset
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi attractions and services is an advantage

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of luxury service etiquette and personalized guest service
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
