Onsite Operations Manager - Healthcare / Hospitality

About the role

Salayel Hospitality is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and act as the main liaison between the company and its client. The role ensures efficient service delivery, coordination and operational performance across several departments, and is based in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee on-site teams across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering and other operational functions.
• Act as the main point of contact between Salayel, the client and key stakeholders.
• Manage manpower deployment, attendance, productivity and operational costs.
• Oversee procurement, contractors, service providers and AMC contracts.
• Coordinate monthly invoicing, expenses and client-chargeable costs with Finance.
• Prepare consolidated operational and performance reports and monitor KPIs, service standards and corrective actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in healthcare, hospitality or multi-department operations.
• Strong leadership, coordination and client management skills.
• Good understanding of manpower, cost control, procurement and reporting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
