About the role
The Mangroves Abu Dhabi, part of LXR Hotels and Resorts, is hiring a Bar Supervisor for its pool and bar. The role oversees bar operations and delivers memorable experiences for every guest, with a focus on hospitality, teamwork and leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Delight guests with an upbeat, friendly attitude and proactively look for ways to make their stay special
- Supervise and oversee all bar activities, keeping stations stocked, organised and running to established standards
- Prepare beverages for servers, process transactions and ensure smooth collaboration between the bar and service teams
- Train, schedule and supervise bar staff, giving guidance and support to maintain high performance
- Handle situations involving intoxicated guests with care and respect, ensuring a safe environment
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations
