About the role
The Butler Runner supports the Executive Butler team in delivering seamless luxury services to guests, ensuring every request is handled with precision and care.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver on‑call guest requests, including flowers, balloons, amenities, and special items.
- Coordinate pressing, laundry, wake‑up beverage service, and signature bath ritual setups.
- Conduct daily inventory checks of operational supplies and guest amenities, replenishing items such as baby equipment, fans, microwaves, and electrical accessories.
- Assist with collection, checking, storage, and replenishment of reusable service items and lost‑and‑found procedures.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality operations, guest services, housekeeping, food & beverage, or related fields preferred.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods, moving throughout the hotel and handling multiple tasks.
Required skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow luxury service standards.
- Effective coordination with multiple hotel departments.
