Butler Supervisor (Female) – Russian Speaker

About the role

The Butler Supervisor leads the Butler team at Sofitel Dubai The Palm, ensuring personalised, anticipatory service that meets the resort’s luxury standards. This role requires strong leadership, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for delivering seamless guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support the Butler team in delivering exceptional, personalised guest services.
• Coordinate VIP arrivals, departures, special occasions and in‑room amenities.
• Maintain close communication with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Concierge and other departments.
• Monitor daily Butler operations, room assignments, guest profiles and service standards.
• Conduct briefings, coaching sessions and on‑the‑job training to uphold service excellence.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints and special requests professionally.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, brand standards, grooming guidelines and health & safety procedures.
• Support the Butler Manager with scheduling, performance monitoring and operational planning.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in Butler services or Front Office.
• Supervisory experience in a five‑star hotel or luxury resort (advantage).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver discreet, personalised service.
• Fluent English; additional languages such as French, Arabic or Russian are advantageous.
• Well‑groomed, guest‑oriented and committed to luxury standards.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays as required.
