Butler Valet – Luxury Hospitality Service

About the role

The Butler Valet provides personalized, high‑touch service to VIP guests at St. Regis Dubai, ensuring every need is anticipated and fulfilled. This role acts as the primary liaison between guests and hotel operations, delivering a seamless, luxurious experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver coffee, tea and other refreshments on request and manage guest laundry services.
• Prepare and communicate new arrival notes, coordinating preferences with all hotel departments.
• Work with the front desk to ready VIP rooms, escort early arrivals, and accompany guests during check‑in.
• Complete butler flags in internal systems, send pre‑arrival emails, and update reservation, sales, and other department records.
• Collaborate with Guest Services and Engineering to address special requests and ensure room readiness.
• Maintain uniform standards, report safety incidents, and uphold confidentiality of proprietary information.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
