Cabin Services Assistant

About the role

The Cabin Services Assistant is responsible for cleaning and personalising the A380 Shower Spas for First Class passengers, ensuring a delightful experience. The role also includes maintaining lavatories, lounges and general cabin areas to uphold Emirates' high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitise Shower Spas after each use, following the CSA Checklist.
• Personalise Shower Spa settings for each reservation, managing product displays and timing.
• Maintain cleanliness of First, Business and Economy Class lavatories and lounges.
• Conduct cabin tidy duties across passenger cabins and social areas.
• Perform inventory control to confirm correct product quantities are loaded.
• Report any defects, safety concerns or irregularities to the Purser promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum of 10 years of schooling or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of customer‑service experience with an international hotel chain, airline or world‑class service provider.
• Experience in hospitality housekeeping is an advantage.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
