About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Arabic‑English professional to join our 24/7 call centre in Dubai. The role involves handling inbound and outbound communications across phone, chat, and email while delivering a high standard of customer service.

Key responsibilities

Answer and manage calls, chats, and emails in both Arabic and English.
Follow up on open cases and ensure they are resolved to closure.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
Work rotating shifts to support continuous operations.

Required profile

Strong spoken and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
Minimum 2 years of call‑centre experience, with at least 1 year in a local (UAE) environment.
Graduation in Business Management or a related field.
Immediate availability and willingness to work shift patterns.
