Cash Control Officer – Roxy Cinema

About the role

The Cash Control Officer will support daily cash operations at Roxy Cinema, ensuring accurate reconciliation, validation, and reporting of all revenue collections. This position is essential for maintaining strong financial controls within a high‑traffic entertainment environment.

Key responsibilities

• Validate daily cashier submissions and supporting documentation.
• Reconcile cash, card, vouchers, and other payment methods against system reports.
• Prepare daily reconciliation summaries and reports for management.
• Ensure timely and accurate bank deposits with proper documentation.
• Identify and escalate discrepancies such as shortages or overages.
• Maintain accurate financial records for audits and reporting.
• Follow cash handling procedures and compliance standards.
• Coordinate with operations, finance, and banking stakeholders.
• Maintain organized documentation for audit and control purposes.
