CDP Release Lead

About the role

The CDP Release Lead will manage the end‑to‑end release lifecycle for Common Digital Platform applications, establishing standardized processes and ensuring safe, efficient deployments with minimal business disruption.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the Release Policy, Master Release Plan and gate processes for all CDP applications.
• Own the Master Release Calendar, coordinating schedules across projects to avoid conflicts.
• Drive CI/CD and DevOps adoption, including automated deployments across development, testing, staging and production.
• Establish automated release practices using BDD, containerized deployments and relevant CI/CD tools.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, Security and Change teams for seamless release execution.
• Define release readiness criteria, entry/exit gates, checklists, rollback plans and post‑release validation.
• Track release activities, dependencies, risks and issues using JIRA.
• Set up monitoring and release dashboards, reporting KPIs such as success rate, deployment frequency and lead time.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Release Lead or Release Manager in large‑scale enterprise environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to coordinate multiple technology teams and concurrent projects.
