Change and Culture Specialist

About the role

Zayed University's HR department is looking for a Change and Culture Specialist in Dubai. The role supports the development and implementation of organizational change management, cultural transformation, employee engagement and organizational development initiatives that build a positive workplace culture, improve the employee experience and help the University achieve its strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of change management and cultural transformation initiatives aligned with the University's strategy.
• Design and run change management plans, communication strategies and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Assess organizational readiness for change and identify impacts on employees, processes, structures and operations.
• Develop and coordinate employee engagement initiatives that strengthen culture and satisfaction.
• Run culture assessments, employee surveys, focus groups and feedback mechanisms, and recommend improvements.
• Help units and leaders embed desired values, behaviours and change initiatives.
• Organize awareness campaigns, workshops and engagement programmes on values, collaboration, innovation and well-being.
• Contribute to reviewing HR policies, procedures and frameworks so they fit culture and change goals.
• Monitor engagement, culture and change performance indicators, report findings and benchmark practices against leading ones.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Direct Supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology or a related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant professional experience.
