Channel Account Manager – HPE Networking

About the role

The HPE Channel Account Manager – Networking will lead the development and growth of HPE Networking’s channel business in Abu Dhabi. You will work closely with HPE, internal sales teams and a network of partners to drive revenue, expand market presence and deliver sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with assigned HPE Networking channel partners in Abu Dhabi.
• Drive sales growth across HPE Networking solutions and services portfolios.
• Identify, recruit and onboard new channel partners to expand market coverage.
• Build and execute joint business plans with partners to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Conduct regular partner visits, business reviews and pipeline assessments.
• Support partners with commercial guidance, product positioning and go‑to‑market activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 6‑8 years of experience in channel sales, account management or business development within the IT industry.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and exceed business targets.
• Existing channel relationships within the UAE market, particularly Abu Dhabi, is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking solutions and technologies.
• Experience with HPE Aruba Networking, Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, Fortinet or similar vendors.
• Understanding of switching, wireless networking, SD‑WAN and network security.
• Channel partner management and ecosystem development.
