Charter Sales Executive

About the role

Jet Business Solutions, a global provider of end-to-end trip support and aviation operations, is hiring a full-time, on-site Charter Sales Executive in Dubai. The role generates and manages charter flight sales opportunities, responds to client inquiries, prepares quotations and converts leads into confirmed bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with charter brokers, corporate clients and private individuals.
• Coordinate with operations and trip support teams to ensure accurate pricing, aircraft availability and service delivery.
• Monitor market trends, prepare proposals and negotiate commercial terms.
• Maintain a CRM pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
• Handle post-flight follow-up, address client feedback and support marketing initiatives, events and campaigns.

Required profile

• Experience in aviation or travel industry charter operations, with knowledge of aircraft types, routes, pricing structures and regulatory considerations.
• Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to global aviation markets are an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation Management, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Previous experience in charter sales, flight support or premium travel services is highly desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, for international clients and urgent requests.

• Client service and communication, including clear written and verbal communication, professional presentation and conflict resolution.
• Analytical and organizational skills: attention to detail, data-driven decisions, pipeline management and accurate documentation.
• Comfort using CRM tools, MS Office or similar productivity suites and basic reporting tools.
