Chef de Partie – Burger

About the role

Kitopi is seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie – Burger to join its culinary team in the United Arab Emirates. You will be responsible for preparing high‑quality burgers, maintaining consistency, and supporting the kitchen crew in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of burgers (smash, grilled, specialty) to brand standards.
• Ensure consistency in seasoning, temperature, and presentation.
• Supervise and support commis chefs during daily operations.
• Handle mise‑en‑place, patty preparation, toppings, sauces, and assembly.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and HACCP compliance.
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and ingredient rotation.
• Collaborate closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen workflow.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in burger concepts or casual‑dining kitchens.
• Strong knowledge of burger preparation, grilling techniques, and sauce production.
• Ability to handle high‑volume production while maintaining quality.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Capacity to work in a fast‑paced environment and join immediately.
