About the role
Hilton is hiring a full-time Chef de Partie in Dubai. The role goes beyond preparing dishes: it spreads the warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences for every guest. The position is open in one location.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare great-tasting dishes by seasoning, cooking and testing them according to standard recipes, keeping taste and presentation consistent.
- Supervise the kitchen team, overseeing line cooks and supporting them when senior chefs are absent so operations run smoothly.
- Keep work areas clean, tidy and free of cross-contamination.
- Monitor ingredient quality, storage and stock rotation.
- Contribute to cost control, helping improve gross profit margins and meet departmental financial targets.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations.
