Chef de Partie – Luxury Hotel in Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Chef de Partie to join the culinary team at Rixos Premium Dubai JBR, a luxury hotel delivering authentic Turkish hospitality. The role involves overseeing a kitchen section, ensuring high standards of food quality, and supporting the development of the team.

Key responsibilities

• Organise shift planning and mise‑en‑place production for the assigned section.
• Supervise Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs, assigning tasks and checking execution.
• Prepare daily requisitions, manage stock rotation and complete kitchen transfers.
• Maintain food preparation standards, portion sizes and recipe compliance.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety and hygiene of the section and report equipment issues.
• Participate in meetings with the Chef de Cuisine and contribute to new recipe development.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional cooking experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Strong leadership, training and motivational abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
