About the role
Anantara Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join the Staff Cafeteria team, preparing high‑volume meals for team members while maintaining quality and consistency.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook daily meals for staff, ensuring consistent taste, quality and presentation.
- Handle high‑volume food production during busy meal periods and support menu preparation, portion control and food storage.
- Maintain compliance with HACCP, food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Assist in minimizing food wastage and keep the kitchen clean, organized and safe.
- Guide and support Commis Chefs and other kitchen staff during daily operations.
Required profile
- Experience in staff cafeteria or canteen operations with multi‑cuisine food preparation.
- Good knowledge of high‑volume food production.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
