Chief Concierge

About the role

The Chief Concierge will lead the concierge, bell desk, doormen, valet and airport transportation teams at Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort, delivering exceptional hospitality in a luxury beachfront setting.

Key responsibilities

• Supervises and directs Concierge, Bell Desk, Doormen, Valet Parking and airport transportation activities.
• Provides guests with information on hotel services, local attractions, restaurants and sightseeing tours.
• Ensures the lobby remains orderly and prepares efficient work and vacation schedules based on occupancy forecasts.
• Handles guest issues, liaises with department heads or executive management, and maintains departmental standards.
• Conducts performance appraisals, coaching, counseling and disciplinary actions for staff.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in a luxury hotel environment.
• Les Clefs d’Or certification is mandatory.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Good computer proficiency and experience with property management systems.
