Chief Estimator for EPC Oil & Gas Projects

About the role
Lead estimation and tendering activities for major EPC projects in the oil, gas, petrochemical, refinery and LNG sectors. Manage bid preparation, pricing strategy, risk assessment and multidisciplinary estimation teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the complete tendering and estimation process, reviewing ITTs, FEED packages, drawings and specifications.
- Develop BOQs, MTOs, cost estimates and bid strategies.
- Coordinate inputs from engineering, procurement and construction.
- Review vendor and subcontractor quotations.
- Lead risk reviews, value engineering and management presentations.
- Mentor and manage estimation engineers.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- 15+ years EPC estimation experience, preferably in GCC oil & gas.
- Experience handling EPC tenders above USD 100M.
- Strong commercial and leadership skills.
