About the role
The Tender Manager will lead the preparation, review, pricing and submission of tenders for major construction projects. This role ensures competitive and compliant technical and commercial proposals are delivered on time.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse tender documents, BOQs, drawings, specifications and contractual requirements.
- Coordinate with estimation, QS, engineering, procurement and commercial teams.
- Evaluate project costs, subcontractor quotations and commercial risks.
- Liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors for clarifications and negotiations.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of construction tendering, bidding or estimation experience in the UAE.
- Experience on large‑scale projects such as high‑rise, luxury residential, villas or mixed‑use developments.
- Currently based in the UAE.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of BOQs.
- Cost estimation and commercial evaluation.
- Familiarity with UAE construction practices.
