Chief Executive Officer – Hospitality Group

About the role

Daikan Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead its Izakaya and Ramen concepts across the UAE, GCC and internationally. The CEO will be responsible for setting the Group’s vision, strategy and financial performance while safeguarding brand integrity and guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Group’s growth strategy, driving revenue, profitability and market position.
• Oversee UAE, GCC and international expansion, including site selection, investment feasibility and new outlet openings.
• Own full P&L accountability, managing cost efficiency, cash flow and commercial relationships.
• Ensure operational excellence, consistent service and food quality, and regulatory compliance across all locations.
• Build and lead a high‑performing leadership team and manage relationships with the Board, investors, landlords and strategic partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Finance or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of F&B/hospitality experience, including at least 8 years in a senior executive or group leadership role.
• Proven track record scaling independent restaurant concepts across the UAE/GCC, with experience in new openings, markets or franchising.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L management, budgeting and feasibility analysis.
• Deep understanding of the UAE market, regulations, landlord dynamics and the hospitality sector.
