About the role
Careers International is recruiting a Chief Operating Officer (COO) in Dubai for a manufacturing company in the facade industry. The COO reports directly to the Managing Director and oversees daily business operations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily business operations
- Develop operational policies and procedures
- Ensure timely execution of projects
- Improve productivity across departments
- Monitor KPIs and financial performance
Required profile
- Profile matching COO, Chief Operating Officer, Operations Director or executive management roles
- Requirements engineering or business degree
- 18+ years of leadership experience
- Extensive experience in facade manufacturing and contracting
