Chief Product Officer

About the role

Bybit is transforming from a leading crypto exchange into a next‑generation global financial platform. The Chief Product Officer will define and lead the global product vision, combining product innovation, growth strategy, and AI‑driven transformation to build a scalable, intelligent financial ecosystem. This executive role reports directly to the Founder and shapes the long‑term direction of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end global product strategy across trading, payments, card, earn, wealth, and institutional lines.
• Build a cohesive product ecosystem that delivers a unified user experience across all verticals.
• Lead the growth product function, driving user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization worldwide.
• Design and execute product‑led growth initiatives using data, experimentation, and lifecycle optimization.
• Drive AI adoption in products and internal processes, including AI‑powered trading tools and personalized user journeys.
• Scale a global product organization, setting roadmaps, prioritisation frameworks, and execution plans.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Compliance, and Business teams to deliver high‑quality, compliant products.

Required profile

• Proven senior product leadership in high‑growth, global environments, preferably in crypto, fintech or digital financial services.
• Demonstrated experience leading both product and growth functions with a strong product‑led growth mindset.
• Track record of driving AI adoption in product organisations and delivering AI‑enhanced user experiences.
• Deep understanding of trading systems, financial products, and user behaviour in digital‑asset markets.
• Ability to balance long‑term vision with short‑term execution and to work closely with founders and executive teams.
