Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You. As a Chief Steward you provide strategic oversight of all stewarding operations across the property while delivering memorable experiences that brighten every guest’s stay.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee inventory control, coordinating distribution, storage and maintenance of china, glassware, linen and silver to ensure accuracy and availability.
• Ensure proper equipment maintenance, securing optimal functionality of all food‑service equipment.
• Set and enforce sanitation standards, developing procedures and monitoring compliance in all food and beverage areas.
• Optimize department costs by monitoring expenses and implementing cost‑saving strategies while maintaining quality.
• Inspire and develop the team through recruitment, training, coaching, performance evaluations and recognition.
• Uphold regulatory standards, maintaining health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness compliance.
