A Civil Engineer with experience in G+4 and G+12 licensed projects is sought in Dubai to design and oversee the construction of multi-story buildings. The role works on significant infrastructure developments, ensuring safety and quality standards and compliance with local regulations. Key responsibilities

• Design and oversee construction of G+4 and G+12 buildings, using advanced engineering software and complying with local regulations and safety standards.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies, including environmental and safety considerations.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors and stakeholders from conception to completion.
• Prepare project reports and proposals for management and clients, covering design decisions, timelines and budgets.
• Manage project budgets and schedules with project management tools.
• Supervise on-site construction, enforce specifications and safety protocols, and mentor junior engineers and interns.
• Review and approve technical drawings and specifications against building codes and industry standards.
• Stay up to date with civil engineering trends and take part in post-project evaluations.

Required profile

• Experience in G+4 and G+12 licensed projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Required skills
